Overlay places new tiles over an existing tiled surface. Whether it is suitable depends on the current tiles and the space. A site assessment helps us discuss overlay or replacement for your bathroom rather than choosing an approach from appearance alone.

Can you replace the toilet bowl or install bathroom fittings?
Yes. We install bathroom fittings and offer toilet bowl and shower pipe replacement at an additional charge. We can also discuss instant and storage water heater installation. Our focus is tiling, with minor related work only; tell us what you need so we can confirm the scope and charges in your quotation.
Is there a standard renovation package price?
We prepare a quotation after assessing the space and discussing the work required. Ask the team to clarify the included work and tile-supply arrangements before deciding, so you can compare quotations on the same scope.
Can I choose or supply the tiles?
Yes. You can bring your own tiles or ask about options from Soon Bee Huat. Discuss your choice alongside the areas being renovated at the free site assessment.
